As a graphic designer, you are starting to familiarize yourself with image creation and editing using Photoshop. Understanding the different tools and features available in Photoshop will help you to maximize your creative potential. In this course, you’ll work with several tools and features to edit images using Photoshop.
Course Objectives
This course provides an introduction to working with images and working with color, layers and photographs. The introduction to working with images section provides and introduction to Photoshop and image properties. In this course you will learn how to use the selection tools and basic image manipulation tools.
Prerequisites
Before taking this course, students should be familiar with the basic functions of their computer’s operating system such as creating folders, launching programs, and working with Windows. Students should also have basic Windows application skills, such as copying and pasting objects, formatting text, and saving files.
Course Benefits

- Explore the Photoshop interface and use several tools for selecting parts of images, and will move, duplicate, and resize images
