Topic Motherboards
A+ question1:
Are the connectors the same or different when comparing different sized motherboards?
All motherboard connectors are standardized, so it does not matter what the size of the motherboard is, they will all have the same type of connectors on them. It’s just a matter of how many connectors each motherboard is designed to handle.
A+ question 2
Airflow is not considered to be one factor of how a motherboard and its components are laid out? True or False?
Answer = False
False, airflow is extremely important inside of a computer’s case. The components heat up as you use the computer and too much heat can damage the components. Remember solid state components have low heat tolerance. You must have some method to cool down the solid state parts. One way is to move air into the case, across the components and out of the case on the other side. Typically, fans in front of the case move air in and fans in the back of the case move air out.
